#100 background and taskbar clash

Whenever I start up my computer the wallpaper I want
is up, but when your brilliant screensaver comes on,
your program comes into memory and it changes the
desktop wallpaper from my desired wallpaper to an
animation wallpaper, which looks exactly like your
screensaver program. When in Display Properties I try to
change it to my wanted wallpaper but it won’t have it.
It flashes for a second then goes straight back to your
wallpaper. Also, when I started up my computer, the
taskbar showed the windows in 2 places, near the quick
launch toolbar, (the normal place) and the opposite end
of the taskbar. It also, when 2 windows are up, it has a
scrollbar next to the icons so you can scroll down to the
next icon. Please tell me how to get it back. It's a
brilliant screensaver!! Thanks.
