Hi

I forgot to mention that the ZCO hierarchy included in the tarball uses
the g.SIZE type filter expression for filtering excessive country names
for the world_borders data. There is a small typo in the PCL 0.8.1
version, which prevents this from working. I've committed a fix in the
CVS, but it's a one liner, so you can apply by hand if you wish.
