#1 program won't run from binary

on double clicking zmailgui.exe, it does not load. See lag:

Running in windows 2000 SP3. The DLL file is in the system32 directory. windows lists it as "in use"

Have you fully extracted the ZIP-archive before running the binary? Based on the log information you provided, it seems that there is a problem with the archive, usually because the binary depends on other information inside the archive.
