#2 Honour mtimes of included files

zkt-signer only checks zone.db and dnskey.db for modifications, if other files are $INCLUDEd those are not used as reference.

This (bit hacky by "doubling" parsezonefile function) patch adds support for this by recursively getting the file_mtimes for all included files.
