#23 fckeditor problem in copy/paste

1-Type "hello" in fckeditor
2-Apply "Red-Title" style to the whole text
3-Click on source. The source should look like: <h3 style="color: Red;">Hello</h3>
4-Now click on source again (to go to normal mode). Select all (ctrl-a), copy (ctrl-c) and then paste (ctrl-v)

Notice that there is an extra paragraph added at the end. If you click on source now you will see:

<h3 style="color: Red;">Hello</h3>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

Instead of:

<h3 style="color: Red;">Hello</h3>
