#54 Wrong stroke order in kanji "sei"

I've found wrong stroke order in kanji "sei" (http://joxi.ru/YmE8PLnFDvZxr6). The 3rd stroke should be the 4th and the 4th should be the 3rd. It's not very awful mistake but it put me into difficulties when I tried many times to write it as I was tought (I just didn't find it in the list and made mistakes because of it). So please change the order if you can.

I think it's right as it is. It's the right Japanese stroke order.

What you have been taught is Chinese stoke order imo.
