#1769 datebox display year incorectly(Thai locale)

After I set TH locale datebox not display year in Buddhist era( 2010 is
2553).
And when I was select date ( 18 Jan 2010) a year in textbox reset to 2000
automaticly

Test with IE 6, IE 8

    I saw this issue has been fixed in 5.0.0 RC2, but has not been fixed in 3.6.3 and 3.6.4.

    I test this issue on ZK 5.0 release . and found that there are still limitation.

    Buddhist year ( in popup calendar) will show correctly only if we set default date of 'datebox' (e.g. onCreate='self.value = new Date() ' )

    In other locale like US it don't have same limitation.

    About "Buddhist year", the year of 2010 seems as the same as the result of Java did.
