The install plugin checks for file 'include/config.inc.php'. And if it exist, the plugin tries to connect to the DB.

Unfortunately this file ('include/config.inc.php') is included into the distribution 1.20100228, so install plugin will cause an error.

And so, there is no information about access rights that should be set during the installation process. To write the config file you need to set 777 on 'include' before run the script, and set is back to 755 after.
