First commit to cvs

Today the not finished code for ZIP Stat was comitted to the cvs. This is the first time the code of ZIP Stat is made avalible under the GPL, since the first line was written in 1998.

The submitted code is a total rewrite in PHP of the old perl code, but the perl code is still only made avalible as freeware from http://www.zipstat.dk .
