#1 Make optional: Removal of text after ? in reference urls

When reference pages are registered, all text after the ?
is removed (including the ?). This is done because this
part of the url often contain uniqe information, and makes
the reference pages statistics a plain list.

However some users want to have all the content
registered, so this shall be made optional.

Maby users should be able to specify a string a url should
start with or contain, to enable/disable this feature for
some pages.
