#1 Ignore via cookie does not work (always)
The function ignore via cookie does not always work.
Note: From v. 6 does MSIE handle cookies in a very
restrictive manner, which may be the reason. The trick
should be that only zipstat.php sets the ignore cookie.
Now the cookie is set in the users area (the old
adminmain.cgi).
