[Ziproxy-users] Exclude Image file types possible - DONE

I imlemented this as AllowLookChange option. It has exactly inverted meaning 
as AvoidLookChange option proposed above. Package ziproxy-10012004.tar.gz is 
available for testing and it may become an 1.3c version later.

Just in case you wonder about increased package size: I've used latest 
automake/autoconf to make it working with BSD make. The outcoming configure 
script is unexpectedly large.
