Add support to CONNECT method transit through NextProxy (as an yes/no option, default: no).

Such feature would allow taking advantage of NextProxy's ACL capabilities regarding ports/hosts which CONNECT method is permitted to.

Currently all CONNECT method connections are done directly to the remote host, regardless of the NextProxy setting.
