#24 URLReplaceData reports wrong content-length

URLs which suffered URLReplaceData content substitution _and_ did not provide Content-Length fields do not have their original size reported correctly in access.log (it is reported as being the same as the send data size, which is incorrect).
Ziproxy should collect all the data and report the correct size.
