#1 ZipDiff functionality as ANT condition

Hi,

in one of my projects there is a need to evaluate whether
two JAR files - or ZIP files - are different. We are not
interested in the exact details what the differences are,
only the fact that they differ. I think it would be useful to
wrap your task as an ANT condition?

P.S. We have an implementation of the required
functionality, but it think it won't match your design.
Maybe I'll look at your code next weekend to evaluate ...
