#348 GS1 syntax engine extension for GS1-128 Symbology

Terry has proposed the following for Code128 symbology:

gs1_encoder_setValidationEnabled(ctx, gs1_encoder_vREQUISITE_AIS, false);

I think, that would be a great enhancement.

The most recent specification file may be imported to have more precise error messages.
