#178 Patch: Obsolete function declaration

When removing the implamentation of ZBarcode_Render in f9d969cdd66984906719c87ed486909a673decec, the function in the header definition was not removed. This causes any program using the API to get run time errors instead of compile time errors.

The attached patch should be sufficient.
