#121 Need to be clearer about inability to write vorbis comments.

When attempting to write tag information to an Ogg
Vorbis file, a message is written to the console
"Bailing : don't write vorbis tags" but not all users
will see this, e.g. if you started it from the X
desktop or are not in the habit of looking at the
originating console.

The user interface itself gives the impression that the
tag has been written. I'm mighty pissed off that I
spent ages "tagging" my Ogg files only to eventually
notice on the console that nothing had been done.

Of course tagging support itself would be better...
