#1 INSTALL: permissions wrong for install d

After installing zgal 1.5, the application was unable
to copy the /usr/local/share/zgal/files/zgal.conf file
to the pictures directory.

The problem turned out to be that the permissions on
the directories /usr/local/share/zgal/[files|themes]
was 754. changing these to 755 fixed the problem

This occured in two installations, one a RH7.3, the
other a RH6.2.

my umask as I ran the install script was 022.

BTW, neat program, I like it.
