#3 Manual creation of reiserfs partition too tedious

To manually create a reiserfs partition (with e.g. gparted) it is needed to mount the freshly formatted partition in read-write mode. This schould be done automatically by 0wn.

0wn needs to detect newly created / formatted reiserfs partitions somehow.
