Hi Stephen, 
 
Sorry for the late response, I've find out that this problem is caused by the
version of jvm used for activating Tomcat.
The result of using jvm of JRE6.0 doesn't display any component icons. 
Please use jvm of JRE5.0 for your Tomcat.
