[Zero-install-devel] Zero Install for Windows 2.13 released

Version 2.13 of the Windows version of Zero Install has been released.
Changes since 2.12 include:

 * Added support for new <copy-from> recipe step
   @ Jan Viehweger: This implements your feature request.

 * Fixed support for extracting .tar.xz archives
   @Philip Miess: This fixes the bug reported by you.

 * Added support for detecting .NET Framework 4.6.1 and 4.6.2 as
<package-implementation>s

 * Added support for TLS 1.1 and 1.2

 * Misc bugfixes

Existing installations can be updated from the main GUI by clicking on the
yellow update notice.
You can also trigger an immediate update using the command line: 0install
