zChat already parses all the @-commands that zwgc supports on
incoming Zephygrams, and encodes its formatting into @-
commands on outgoing Zephyrgrams. I'm afraid I don't
understand what you're asking for that zChat doesn't already do.

Sorry, I wasn't being very clear. Bodies of messages are fine, but
zephyr signatures often have colors in them. The codes are showing up
in the title bars, and with the person's signature in a class window.

You're right, zChat doesn't decode or strip @-commands in
signatures. It should. Changing this to a bug.
