#17 [v0.8.6 DEV] directories sometimes aren't deleted

Directories sometimes aren't deleted when their
corresponding categoies are. As a result, an error
message shows up while trying to rebuild thumbnails.

Deleting the orphaned directories by hand fixes the
issue.
