ZenEngine 0.0.5 released

ZenEngine is a simple, lightweight, XML based CMS framework in PHP. zenengine-0.0.5 is the first 'official' release of ZenEngine. It includes the php source code and a mirror of the project's home page and existing documentation.

Right now there's only a tar.gz version, but rpm and zip should follow soon.
