#134 Barlabels

I have created a bar chart with the bar values set. I would like to display "custom" bar labels on or above the bars.
For example if the bar values are 10, 30, 25 and 35, I would like the bar labels to say 10 (10%), 30 (30%) and so forth. The labels displayed could be any text, but this example should suffice.
