#35 Allow default file name and return saved file name in SaveAs

We wanted the SaveAs dialog to default to saving as a particular type and/or file name and wanted to know what file if any had actually been saved.

The new SaveAs takes a default file name (or just an extension) as a parameter and returns the file name actually saved in.
