#14 Add multi-color wicks to JapaneseCandleStick.cs

Japanese Candlesticks are often drawn with the wick color matching the color of the bar. This patch adds FallingColor to JapaneseCandleStick.cs and then draws the wick with either Color or FallingColor depending on whether the candle is rising or falling.
