#73 control over scale

hi ...

I find the way zedgraph handles the y axis as strange...like the axischange() method changes the x and y scales but still doesnt display true values on x and y axis ..I am sure none of the technical / scientific applications would want a differemt value other than true value...

in my application , x axis is always true value but y axis is getting scaled and displaying values till 4 , 40 instead of 0.4 depending on number of points.....
