This is a low level priority.
Report will link a zip code map of the region (zip
codes of interest) to the membership numbers. Is a
somewhat complex thing which will require a
configuration page for scale, list of zip codes and
will require a folder to contain zip code maps where
each zip gets several image files - one for each color
level (or grayscale or both?). Output can be to screen,
CSV and PDF.
Must take care to be sure this is abstracted enough to
be used by anyone, not hard coded zips or anything.
