Develop a better and more flexible cron reporting
mechanism (see notebook).
Basically, the goal is to set up a cron job which will
run a single file each and every night for simplicity.
Within the single file there will be code to determine
what should be run and what shouldn't. There will be
three levels: nightly, weekly and monthly (but build to
allow others)
For example, the data backup will occur every night.
The 90 day expired archive function (and several
others) will only be run once a month. There might also
be weekly reports.
