#30 "Home" Link -- what's it do?

It seems to me that the "Home" link doesn't really do
much. It doesn't go to a site-wide or database-wide
home interface, but rather to a subcategory's home
(Browse, Reports, etc), but it seems like those
subcategories are usually only on one page
anyway...just a little confused.

Right now the Home Link doesn't do anything. Yes, it is
confusing but look at it as a "stub" - something I
desperately want to do but haven't had time to do yet.

It'll get fixed at some point...
