Need to have a way to archive or delete members from a
group.
For example, Suzie and Howie Snowflake are a family.
They subsequently divorce and Suzie moves away but
Howie wants to stay a member. Need to remove Suzie from
the DB or archive her.
Archiving her would be complex as she would no longer
be a part of Howie's group. Maybe duplicate Howie's
group info? I dunno. Probably easier to just delete Suzie.
Another example, Suzie stays in the area and becomes a
member in her own right (1 family --> 2 individual
memberships). Need to be able to more easily move Suzie
to a new group. (believe there is another related bug
report).
