I think I just solved my problem. The signal strength is indeed there. I just happened to messed up the order inside the radiotap header. After I adjust the order properly, I can now make kismet shows the signal strength. Now I wonder if anyone can tell me what unit is in the raw signal_strength. Is it in dB? Also, if I also want kismet to show the noise level, what should I do? Is it possible to deduct it from signal_quality_ofdm/cck?
