#20 GUI: TV channel changes should auto-apply

Changes to a tv channel should auto-apply, the separate
apply-button should be removed. Since this is typical
for a gnome 2.0 app, please consider this for zapping
0.7. Try changing the settings for 10+ channels and
you'll see what I mean.
