#13 Settings per chanel

Setting of brightnes, contrast, volume etc. in percent
of current setting per chanel. Different TV chanels has
diferent levels of volume and other parameters. It
would be nice to set that MTV has always 100% of overal
seted volume and DISCOVERY 130% so that switching
between chanels will maintain the same level of volume etc.
