#176 Colors in Rabbit and Nexus Gametypes

All flags in the Nexus gametype become the color of the first team in-game. All flags should be the same color, but that color should be editable.

In the Rabbit gametype, all players become green, regardless of the color chosen. The flag becomes orange, regardless of the color chosen. These colors, of ships and flags, should be editable.
