#117 Relative Controls w/ Joystick same as Absolute

As always, I'm using the Saitek P880. Changing to relative control has no impact on ship navigation. The directional commands are still interpreted literally, instead of relative to ship facing direction.

I don't know if this really matters, since I believe relative controls are useless...but it's a bug and I thought I'd report it.
