If the grid size is too small (e.g. X = 5 and Y = 5), there may not be enough magic rings or incriminating documents to indict and retire all the politicians.

I put a temporary work-around into ver. 2016.08.02.01alpha. Running out of documents and magic rings shouldn't be a problem no matter what the grid size is.
