#27 Precache next question to accelerate loading time

This is a bit of a dream at the moment, but it would be great if we would load the following question ahead of time to reduce the "next question" click wait time (especially for questions with graphics which can be a few seconds.

    my patch is only working for images called by tQuestions:images
    images in comments or questions are not loaded in an extra thread
    has to be rewritten
