[Zabbix-translators] Downloading and uploading "po" files on the new platform

Good morning.

How could I download and upload "po" files on the new platform?

A few years ago I downloaded the "po" file of the version in which I 
work, test it on my zabbix installation and then merge it to the other 
versions and uploading the updated "po" files to the platform.

Now I don't know how to do the same, I can't find a way to download the 
updated "po" file (and neither how to upload the updated ones).
