[Zabbix-users] Minor upgrade (debian) - setup required?

Hi all,

I have the zabbix repo set up like this:

deb http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/4.0/debian stretch main

I got an upgrade recently, and upgraded as normal (aptitude safe-upgrade)

Now my zabbix is redirecting to the setup.php, with no auth or anything.
Is that normal? It doesn't seem like a good idea ... luckily this one is
on my internal network only.
