[Zabbix-users] Processor load / CPU Load

What is the difference between the *Processor Load *and *CPU Load ?

We have 2 items
*
1). system.cpu.util[]*

   It returns the Procesor Load in percent.
*
**2). system.cpu.load[]*

   It returns the Processor Load in Float. (What are the units for this load
?)

The two items, kinda do the same thing, right ?
