Thought SF would email me any changes to the tracker... apparently not. >_<
See http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/yydecode/yydecode/ChangeLog?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup for a list of the recent changes.
Quite a few rewrites, which will make it easier to add new encodings, in preparation for a fixed version of the yEnc spec to be released. (Which, let's face it, is never going to happen. Ack. >_<)
I'll be putting the code up on CVS in the next couple of days; I know I've been sitting on the new code for far too long over the summer... sorry. Hopefully the braver ones of you out there will be willing to try the bleedin' edge code. <g>
This should be the last release for a while -- hopefully I've got
everything fixed by now. Thanks for putting up with my idiocy ...
Happy leeching!

The last release had a problem dealing with unrecognised escape
codes, in that it would fill up your screen with too many warning
messages! (Although the files /are/ decoded correctly.) This has
been rectified now.
I've also finally added a manual page for yydecode. (It was
contributed by Itai Zukerman. Thanks!)
If I don't see any more outstanding bug reports against 0.2.6, I'll
start working on the internationalisation.... read more
More functionality this time! yydecode should now give sensible
error messages on broken files. It also detects missing parts,
unlike previous versions.
Now compiles on a wide variety of platforms, most notably FreeBSD,
Solaris, and Mac OS X. Any bug reports would be very welcome!
Version 0.2 with CRC-32 checking, plus various other assertions
released. Usual place: http://nerv.cx/liyang/download/yydecode/
Welcome to the SourceForge page for yydecode. This is My First
SourceForge Project(TM), so please excuse me as I figure out my way
around here.
You can get a preliminary (although working) version of yydecode on
http://nerv.cx/liyang/download/yydecode/ for now. Here's the
announcement on Google:
