I wrote the YObject_GetProperty function, because Mark
added support for it on the server. It may contain
newbie bugs because I don't claim to be a C programmer.
I also added a signature for it in object.h and updated
the Version file so it is exported in libYc.so
properly. I've tested it via my libYcsharp library with
success.
