#4 Doesn't work with the Yubikey Neo

Hello,
when I follow the instructions I can't get this programm to work with my Neo.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro, enabled Hello to unlock

1. Yubikey Neo is not plugged in
2. Yubikey API installed
3. Programm prompts me to plug in Yubikey
4. Error Message: Unable to use Key!

When I start the programm with my Yubikey plugged in

1. Yubikey Neo is plugged in
2. Yubikey API installed
3. Programm finishes in less than 1s, without error
4. Can only suspend or exit the programm through the tray
5. Windows locks when I remove the Yubikey
6. Unlocking works fine with Windows Hello
7. Windows locks again automatically with the Yubikey plugged in
8. Have to restart Windows to get it to work again (Monitor doesn't autostart)
