Ytk: Combined Yorick/Tcl/Tk / News: Recent posts

Ytk has been completly rewritten and now works on cygwin based XP Yorick as well as all Unix/Linux based versions. It's been simplified and redesigned to better
assist experienced Yorick users. It also has a new builtin network server to provide IPC with other Tcl/Tk apps on the host machine or on the internet.
It no longer uses the "Expect" library for communications with Yorick.
