When I run the program, the first video I try works fine. Then for all videos after that, I receive an error 403 "FORBIDDEN", and the download fails. I have tried multiple videos, multiple times. Still nothing.

Hello, is this project still maintained ? I just installed and run but also had the "403 forbidden". I'm willing to contribute by trying to debug, but do you already have an idea about where the problem comes from ? Thanks !

hi, poblem is google some time changes the URLs to the videos. and these changes has to be coded into ytd2. there are a number of rules that will be applied to the video page source code, to get the the real video URLs. If you can re-engineer the video URLs from browser access to video download of the flash player, than this would help y2d
