The easiest way to describe Yoxel Request Tracking System (RTS) is to say that it is much user friendlier than Bugzilla and on par with Jira in terms of the feature set:

Did you know that our release planning/tracking system (RPS) can help you implement SCRUM or other agile methods of development?

1. Treat the database of requests as a backlog.

2. Set the release deadline one month from now and the RPS will automatically retrieve most relevant and important requests from the backlog to generate a preliminary release plan.

We released our 1st version of Yoxel Systems open source today. It is in beta but we have done quite a bit of testing using our ASP version at www.yoxel.com (which you are welcome to use too).

For the most part we recommend our YOXEL SW solution for software companies that want to organize their product management, customer support and reporting processes. Our release planning system can also help you implement agile methods of development such as SCRUM. Bugzilla/GNATS/Mantis web-based import interfaces are available but not included in this release.... read more
