#1 Some found bugs

Hallo,
I could find folowing problems:
1. Default Save Directory
There is a problem with default save directory. It saves the files in directory where is a program installed. I changed that in preferences to another one, but without effect.
2. avprobe, ffprobe
After download file from youtube, it cannot find above parts.
Can be done something about it ?
